Manufacturing Sales Agent

Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent can assist with wiring harness sales for farm tractors. This is a temporary to hire opening in the Alden area that offers $16 - $20/hr (depending on experience and performance) + paid vacation time and profit sharing + a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri. * This could be the ideal position for someone that has either worked on or is running their own farm. College students will be considered as well! * The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined and have the knowledge of or be willing to learn about electrical systems and the characteristics of all brands of farm tractors from the 1920's - 2000's. * Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 40hrs/week.Duties include: * Entering sales on computer Electrical component parts sales; * Working with customers by phone and email; * Updating catalog and computer listings; * Assisting in wiring harness and battery cable assembly when needed; * Sales of non-electrical tractor parts from outside vendors.Requirements: * Must be proficient in the English language and speak clearly over the phone; * Must be comfortable working with a computer; * Must be able to handle unexpected problems and problem solving; * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. * Safety glasses and ear protection providedIf you are looking for a flexible position with a wonderful, local employer, then apply today!
