Job Description: Schedule:
2 weeks on dayshift and 2 weeks on nightshift (12 hours per day); overtime available approximately 6-8 hours OT.
1 week worker will work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
The 2nd week they will work Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Dayshift: 7:00 - 7:00 PM
Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
The Scale Operator is responsible for operating the scale in an accurate, efficient manner with superior customer service. As a Scale Operator, you will weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain; Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, knowledgeable interaction and behaviors. Be an involved/engaged member of a team. Maintain the general appearance of the facility to include scale room, office building, breakroom, etc. Ability to problem solve and make decision as needed. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to operate mobile equipment
Comfortable working with heights around 30 feet
Work in all weather conditions
Lifting up to 50 Ibs
Must complete background check and drug test
