Job Title: Manufacturing Services Technician

Job Duration: 12 months on W2
Shift: Second Shift
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled second shift Maintenance Technician to support, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment with a focus on vacuum pumps, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled machinery. The technician will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement in plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
" Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
" Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize production interruptions.
" Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in CMMS.
" Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vacuum pumps, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
" Provide technical support for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and new installations.
" Collaborate with operations and engineering to identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend solutions.
