Industrial Sewing Associate - Responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to produce fabric and foam components while supporting a variety of manufacturing and assembly operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to assist with assembly, packaging, inspection, and other production tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork and versatility are essential to meeting customer deadlines.

 

 

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
   

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Sew fabric, foam, and upholstery components using industrial sewing machines.
• Assemble custom products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Assist with assembly, material handling, and other production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals and customer deadlines.
• Must have 2 years of previous sewing experience is required.
• Industrial sewing experience is strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Reliable, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
