Industrial Sewing Associate - Responsible for operating industrial sewing equipment to produce fabric and foam components while supporting a variety of manufacturing and assembly operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the flexibility to assist with assembly, packaging, inspection, and other production tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork and versatility are essential to meeting customer deadlines.
Pay & Schedule:
$19.00$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Sew fabric, foam, and upholstery components using industrial sewing machines.
Assemble custom products according to work instructions and specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Package completed products for shipment.
Assist with assembly, material handling, and other production tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Work with the production team to meet daily goals and customer deadlines.
Must have 2 years of previous sewing experience is required.
Industrial sewing experience is strongly preferred.
Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
