- Proficient in Using Computers.
- USA Citizenship a Requirement.
- Driver License or Chauffeurs License.
- Ability to drive forklifts & trucks.
- Organized Handling of Materials & Paperwork.
- Good Record Keeping Skills.
- Self-motivated & Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate daily with the Purchasing & Manufacturing departments.
- Utilize computers to log in material receipts and job updates.
- Coordinate Incoming & Outgoing Materials Receipts & Packing Slips with Purchasing.
- Responsible for packaging & shipping Machined details & Sub-Assemblies.
- Track Materials Receipt vs Outstanding for Specific Jobs.
- Track incoming & outgoing Details sent for Special Processing (heat treat, plating, powder-coat, etc.).
- Responsible for monitoring stock material; and keeping Crib well organized and clean.
- Assist in keeping shop clean in all departments including rest rooms.
- Pick-up and delivery of goods to customers.
