Lead Manufacturing Site OperationsLead all manufacturing site operations with full responsibility for performance and execution. Serve as the primary site leader and point of contact with senior leadership. Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, and administrative functions. Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and asset utilization initiatives. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation. Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Extensive experience leading manufacturing plant operations is required. Previous P&L responsibility is necessary. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in an industrial environment is essential. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices is required. Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality systems is necessary. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
