The Manufacturing Solutions Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring the smooth execution of facility maintenance activities.This role analyzes production data to identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining, assembly, testing, and fabrication. You and your team will execute projects that optimize processes, reduce waste, improve safety, and increase throughput from simple process changes to million-dollar improvement projects.Additionally, this role oversees the facility maintenance group of facility coordinators and technicians that execute preventative maintenance plans and unplanned emergency maintenance to eliminate production delays and provide a safe working environment.The compensation range for this position is $144,000- $163,000 annually. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
