We are looking for a passionate and driven Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing industrial and mechanical engineering techniques along with technology to improve workflow and efficiency of manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement electronics manufacturing process and test methods
  • Create and update work instructions for manufacturing
  • Capture and report out key manufacturing and quality metrics
  • Work with and provide support across department teams
  • Introduce new products into manufacturing environment
  • Provide new employee training and sustaining training for existing employees
  • Ensure QMS policies and procedures are being followed
  • Maintain test equipment utilizing TPM processes
  • A detail understanding of Bill of Materials structures.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and two years' related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of test equipment is a necessity
  • Microsoft office package expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Data mining skills a plus.
  • Experience in ISO, IPC, and NQA-1 Policies and Procedures a plus
  • IPC J-STD-001 a plus
  • IPC-7711/IPC-7721 a plus
  • IPC-A610 a plus

Compensation

Employee Type: Salaried

Currency: USD

Salary Minimum: 70,000

Salary Maximum: 75,000

Incentive: No
