Manufacturing Stock Accuracy Analyst

Do you notice the one part missing from a kit before anyone else does? Do ERP receipts, BOMs, and work orders feel like second nature? If you’re ready to be the go-to person for clean data and ready-to-build materials, this role is for you.

What you’ll tackle

• Own the receiving process—from unloading vendor shipments to matching packing slips with purchase orders and recording receipts in the ERP.
• Print and route receiving paperwork so teams have what they need, when they need it.
• Pick components for machine builds using engineering-approved work tickets.
• Issue materials to work orders and ensure every transaction is timely and accurate.
• Run inventory shortage reports and flag Purchasing on critical gaps.
• Stage materials and work orders to keep production humming.
• Keep a close watch on stock levels and support minimum quantity upkeep.
• Lead routine cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory events.
• Dig into discrepancies, find root causes, and correct the records.
• Maintain orderly storage locations for fast, reliable retrieval.
• Collaborate daily with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service.
• Champion safety policies and contribute to ERP/process improvements.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate degree or inventory certification (preferred).
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing (preferred).
• Comfort in ERP environments; strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in BOMs, work orders, and inventory reports.
• Detail-obsessed, highly organized, and clear communicator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.

Bonus points

• Manufacturing or industrial equipment experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices.
• Experience with cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to earn it).
