Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for a manufacturing supervisor role over welders possesses a blend of technical welding knowledge, leadership abilities, and managerial skills. This combination enables them to effectively guide their team, maintain quality standards, and drive production success.

Manage, lead, engage, hold accountable and develop department employees to ensure job satisfaction and growth.
Monitor and ensure their department operates effectively and meets the organizations goals and objectives.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure that information and data transfers effectively to meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
Ensure safety of the employees and quality of the products throughout all processes.
Continually improve procedures, processes and methods to effectively meet customer needs and organizational objectives.

Salary Description
$78,000 - $100,000
