2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Duties- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
- Guide and motivate team members by effectively delegating tasks, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning team efforts with company goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of production processes, quality control methods, and the tools required to support efficient operations.
- Identify and resolve issues that impact production efficiency, quality, or safety.
Schedule
Shift: 2nd Shift MondayThursday; overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays
Hours: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM
Pay
$23 per hour / DOE
