The Manufacturing Supervisor coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure employee safety, product quality, on-time delivery, and waste reduction. They lead safety initiatives, enforce quality standards such as cGMP and ISO 13485, and ensure timely operator training.
- Coordinate with planning to meet delivery schedules and reduce changeover times.
- Review reports, resolve operational issues, and ensure standardized work training.
- Foster a positive culture through leadership, communication, and KPI tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, lead daily Tier Management, and manage team performance and retention.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years leadership, knowledge of root cause analysis, lean manufacturing; preferred: 5+ years in ISO-certified manufacturing.
Conditions: Office and manufacturing floor work, travel required, ability to work evenings/weekends, lifting up to 10 lbs.
