Manufacturing Supervisor - Bilingual

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for two Manufacturing Supervisors for our client’s operation near Martinsburg, WV. These are direct hire positions with competitive hourly pay, benefits and growth opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity to leave your mark with a growing organization.

Hourly pay is $33/hr. with OT very likely.

The Manufacturing Supervisors are responsible for leading and managing all aspects of production operations during their assigned shift. This role ensures that safety, food quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards are consistently met. The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a key role in the organization to run efficiently and effectively while optimizing processes to meet the company’ goals.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  •  Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)***
  • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Solid knowledge of production systems, safety standards, and food-grade manufacturing practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (email, Excel, production software, ERP systems a plus).
