Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Supervisor position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Machining experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment
- Understanding of production scheduling and operations
Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Supervisor:
- $70K-$90K/year, DOE possibly higher for the right candidate
- Direct-hire opportunity
- 2nd shift hours with Fridays off
For the Manufacturing Supervisor position your duties will include:
- Supervise, motivate, and schedule workflow for production team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Recommend improvements for procedures, equipment, etc.
- Foster a positive, secure, and productive work environment
- Other tasks as assigned
