Job SummaryOversee and lead manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high quality standards and a safe working environment.Job Responsibilities* Supervise, train, and motivate a team of manufacturing associates to achieve daily production goals.* Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and output.* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies.* Schedule and assign work tasks, manage employee time and attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.* Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.* Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and labor utilization.* Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs.* Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.Job Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
