Compensation: $80k - $110k/yr DOE

Requirements: 5+ years in Manufacturing, CNC Machining, 2+ years in a Production Supervisory Leadership role, experience in Precision Manufacturing in Aerospace or Medical Device Manufacturing
Position Overview
A well-established precision manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead second-shift operations within a high-performance production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while overseeing daily manufacturing activities and leading a team of technicians, machinists, operators, and support personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise second-shift manufacturing operations.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.
- Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment and process performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations, employee development planning, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing environments.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production setting.
Bonus/Preferred
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production metrics.
- ADP
- ITAR or NADCAP environment experience
