Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet changing demands.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and maintenance, to optimize operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

• Supervisory Experience
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
