Seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 3rd shift (9:30pm–5:30am) to lead daily production in a high-tech environment.
- Lead and develop a team of 5–10 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Plan shift activities, communicate goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach team members, promote safety, and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace.
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures, monitor costs, and support equipment readiness.
- Participate in problem-solving, investigations, and administrative tasks.
- Requires 5+ years in manufacturing, leadership experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with computer applications.
