As a Manufacturing Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:
• Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objectives. • Inspiring and driving employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees. • Actively and effectively maintaining SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values. • Consistently seeking clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit. • Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. • Understanding, creating, and simplifying.
