Job Title: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead – SAP Data Migration (EDM)

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead with strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain and S/4HANA Data Migration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading global data migration initiatives and working across multiple SAP Supply Chain functional areas. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, map legacy data, establish conversion rules, and ensure successful migration to SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain data migration initiatives for ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand future-state business processes and define data migration requirements.
  • Develop data mapping, transformation, and conversion rules between legacy systems and SAP.
  • Lead global migration teams and coordinate migration activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Design and implement SAP data migration solutions while identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Ensure high-quality data migration through validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
  • Mentor functional team members and provide technical guidance throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and project leadership to provide project updates and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Data Migration.
  • Proven experience leading global SAP data migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain functional areas, including:
    • Material Management
    • Vendor Master
    • Procurement
    • Logistics Execution
    • Manufacturing
    • Quality Management (QM)
    • Plant Maintenance (PM)
    • Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S)
  • Experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools and technologies, including:
    • IDocs
    • BAPIs
    • LSMW
    • LTMC
    • SAP BODS
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, data conversion, data governance, and migration best practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and global project teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP PP, LE, WM, QM, and 3PL processes.
  • Experience with large-scale SAP transformation or S/4HANA implementation programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP data governance and master data management practices.
  • Experience working in global enterprise environments.
