- Can you architect supply chain plans that keep production, distribution, and finished-goods inventory moving without bottlenecks?
- Will you guarantee timely delivery of every production supply—leading resin procurement, forecasting, and railroad support activities?
- Do you collaborate naturally with Production and Asset Care to craft schedules that drive schedule compliance and on-time, in-full performance?
- Are cycle counts and physical inventories your foundation for rock-solid inventory accuracy?
- Could you own warehouse operations—scheduling, material handling, shipping, and receiving—end to end?
- Do you monitor material consumption and partner with Operations to close production variances?
- Are you the go-between for Procurement, Operations, and IBP to keep the MRP process tight and actionable?
- Will you bolster the monthly S&OP cadence with data, insights, and cross-functional alignment?
- Can you write and improve procedures, guidelines, and training that elevate quality while controlling cost?
- Do distribution/network studies excite you—translating inventory analysis into strategies that hit lead times and fill-rate goals?
- Are you meticulous with records and reporting?
- Can you coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders and external customers to streamline inbound/outbound?
- Will you champion safety, 6S, and food safety—leading weekly plant-wide Gemba walks?
- Do you ensure compliance to quality systems, audit requirements, and the PEPS continuous improvement framework?

Your toolkit
- Bachelor's degree
- Shipping/receiving and warehouse management background
