Hire Sync is hiring a Manufacturing Support Associate for a respected manufacturer in Richmond Heights, OH. What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment
- Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility
- Perform routine shop floor walkthroughs to identify housekeeping and production support needs
- Support workplace organization and 5S continuous improvement initiatives
- Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, and maintain production floors and designated work areas
- Clean equipment, workstations, and common areas to support daily operations
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely (experience preferred)
- Assist with seasonal facility maintenance, including snow and ice removal
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain assigned work areas
- Provide general warehouse, production, and facility support as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, custodial, facilities, or general labor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Ability to push or pull carts and materials weighing up to 200 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and remaining active throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders when required
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
