Job Description

The primary function of this position is to support the various assembly processes involved in the manufacturing of OSI products and may include the assembly of parts at PCB and/or final assembly level and the setup and maintenance of PCB equipment (i.e. drag solder machines, trim saw and de-panelizing cutter)

Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Read, understand, and follow written work instructions
  • Operation of equipment, drills, winding machines
  • Assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and products
  • Assist in staging of materials and kits for productions
  • Develop skills and expertise in specific operation or processes in manufacturing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; may use hand tools or power tools. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
