Location: Tustin, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Associate to support daily manufacturing operations in a production laboratory environment. This position is responsible for delivering raw materials and supplies to production, moving finished products to staging and shipping areas, and cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment between production batches.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment, following written procedures, and performing physical material-handling and cleaning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and stage raw materials, ingredients, supplies, and production materials to the manufacturing/production laboratory.
• Transport finished products from the production area to designated staging and shipping departments.
• Assist production teams with material movement and maintaining an organized work area.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare manufacturing equipment between production batches.
• Follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company guidelines at all times.
• Accurately identify, handle, and move materials and finished products.
• Maintain clean and organized production, staging, and material storage areas.
• Complete required documentation and records related to material movement and equipment cleaning.
• Communicate with manufacturing and shipping teams regarding material and product movement.
• Perform other manufacturing support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, material handling, or a laboratory environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials as required.
• Must be dependable and maintain good attendance.
• Willingness to work in a controlled production/laboratory environment and follow required gowning and PPE procedures.
