Manufacturing Support

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking to add a Manufacturing Support team member. In this role, you’ll help with a variety of production tasks and support daily operations on the floor. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Support

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 am – 4 pm; (Possible OT) Friday, 5:30 am – 4 pm; Saturday, 5:30 am – 11:30 am 

What's the Job?

• Assist with packaging of products to ensure quality and efficiency
• Support assembly of various products including fin tubes, storage cabinets, and brackets
• Help load and unload items on the paint line to maintain smooth production flow
• Participate in maintenance activities, including cleaning and janitorial functions of equipment
• Work collaboratively within the team, supporting other areas as needed and promoting a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior vocational or trade school background preferred
• Reliable Transportation
• Motivated with the ability to learn basic production operations quickly
• Experience with small hand tools, power, and manual preferred
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and stand throughout the workday
