Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a LEVEL 1 Manufacturing Support Team Member - Lab Planner/Priority Coordinator to join our mission. In this role you will serve as a key technical member supporting the design, development, test, and manufacture of spacecraft, missiles, and ground-support hardware.

Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…

• Work closely with lab personnel and multiple internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Inventory, and Integration & Test Management) to prioritize lab activities, manage supply needs, and drive process improvements that ensure timely, high-quality mission outcomes.
• Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including Production Planning and Control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
• The incumbent may facilitate self directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain, operations, or planning concepts through coursework or prior work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Due to work location requirements, U.S. citizenship is required

• Prior experience in supply chain, manufacturing planning, or related functions.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems or the ability to quickly master such tools.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; strong prioritization skills.
• High computer literacy and a demonstrated ability to learn new software rapidly.
• Capability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision, showing independent thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $55700.00 - $103400.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
