This entry level role is critical for maintaining the operational flow of our manufacturing lines, ensuring that material availability and inventory precision directly support the delivery of mission-critical technology to our global customers.

THE WORK

Supports inventory control, production documentation, and other material troubleshooting in a team-based manufacturing environment.

• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, manufacturing, material management, and process reengineering.
• The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong foundation in manufacturing operations and the analytical skills necessary to solve complex inventory and supply chain challenges. Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Due to facility requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills

• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs including Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $55700.00 - $103400.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
