Warehouse Technician
PM Shift: 4:30pm-1:00am
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: 76131
Pay: $26-28
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support warehouse operations by maintaining equipment, ensuring facility functionality, and assisting with various operational processes. This role plays a key part in keeping the warehouse safe, efficient, and productive through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment support.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Install, maintain, and repair warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic systems and warehouse automation equipment.
- Develop and support preventative maintenance programs.
- Analyze machinery, tools, and equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in equipment maintenance training as needed.
- Manage parts and tote inventory to ensure operational readiness.
- Respond promptly to maintenance and service requests.
- Assist operational teams with order management and processing.
- Create and maintain labels using ZPL coding.
- Submit and track support tickets for technical and equipment-related issues.
- Gather, analyze, and process information to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or work-order management systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools and equipment.
- Experience supporting warehouse equipment, machinery, or automation systems preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time.
- Ability to safely use various hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights, including the use of scissor lifts.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
