Manufacturing Support Technician (On-Site)

Position Summary:Join our team as a Manufacturing Support Technician and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently. Are You Looking To:Assist with process improvements. Work in jig and fixture design development.Assist in Non-Conformance Processing (NCP) and corrective action implementation. Are You Ready To:Assists in the development and maintenance of detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly. Implement procedures that ensure continued operational excellence throughout the plant.Interfaces with production operators and engineering to establish product standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification. Support the launch of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) program.Support tooling and continuous improvement activities.Work on cost savings projects. What You’ll Need:AAS in a related discipline is required.1-3 years relevant manufacturing and\or quality experience.BS degree in an Engineering or related discipline may be used in lieu of experience.
