Job Title: Entry-Level Supply Chain Support Associate

Job Summary:
Provide operational support for supply chain activities within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. Assist in ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, material handling, and order processing
• Assist with tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records in accordance with GMP requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, production, and quality assurance
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to GMP guidelines and company procedures
• Help identify and resolve supply chain issues or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records for audits and regulatory inspections
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes
• Familiarity with GMP environments or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
