Job TitleJob Description Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experienceRequired Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting; experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred; proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously; strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday preferredResponsibilities: Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles; manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation; build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill Manufacturing roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions); deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through; provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment; support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices; identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
