Manufacturing Team Lead - 2nd Shift

The Team Lead serves as a working leader-helping coordinate workflow, support production goals, maintain quality standards, and create a safe and efficient work environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday
  • 2nd Shift (3:30p-1:30a)
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

  • Support and guide production team members during daily operations
  • Assign tasks and help prioritize workflow based on production schedules
  • Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions and issue escalation

Support Production Operations

  • Assist with assembly, finishing, and preparation of manifold products
  • Ensure proper tools, methods, and procedures are followed
  • Help troubleshoot production issues and minimize bottlenecks
  • Support team productivity and workflow efficiency

Drive Quality

  • Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications
  • Conduct inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
  • Promote attention to detail and quality workmanship

Safety & Organization

  • Enforce all safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly

Inventory & Material Support

  • Help ensure materials and components are available for production
  • Maintain organized workstations and storage areas
  • Support inventory accuracy and proper material handling

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience
  • Experience working with hand tools, assembly processes, or production equipment
