The Team Lead serves as a working leader-helping coordinate workflow, support production goals, maintain quality standards, and create a safe and efficient work environment.
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday
- 2nd Shift (3:30p-1:30a)
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
What You'll Do
Lead the Team
- Support and guide production team members during daily operations
- Assign tasks and help prioritize workflow based on production schedules
- Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team questions and issue escalation
Support Production Operations
- Assist with assembly, finishing, and preparation of manifold products
- Ensure proper tools, methods, and procedures are followed
- Help troubleshoot production issues and minimize bottlenecks
- Support team productivity and workflow efficiency
Drive Quality
- Verify products meet company quality standards and specifications
- Conduct inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts
- Promote attention to detail and quality workmanship
Safety & Organization
- Enforce all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly
Inventory & Material Support
- Help ensure materials and components are available for production
- Maintain organized workstations and storage areas
- Support inventory accuracy and proper material handling
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience
- Experience working with hand tools, assembly processes, or production equipment
