Employbridge is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Team Lead to support production operations in a fast-paced Durham facility. This working lead role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while actively contributing on the production floor. Shift
- Day Shift (Training): Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Experience leading teams on the production floor in a working lead or similar role preferred
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and team-building skills
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Experience training and onboarding new employees
