Manufacturing Team Member (Multiple Positions Available)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our pillow manufacturing team. Multiple positions are available, including Shipping Loaders, Industrial Sewers, General Laborers, and Weekend Production Workers. Team members will play a key role in producing high-quality pillow products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Positions & Responsibilities

1. Shipping Loaders

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload finished products onto trucks for shipment
• Organize and stage products for distribution
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper labeling
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe loading area

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred

2. Industrial Sewers

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble pillow covers
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Follow production patterns and specifications
• Maintain sewing equipment and report any issues

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to meet production quotas

3. General Laborers

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of pillow production (stuffing, cutting, packaging)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety and quality control procedures
• Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented mindset

4. Weekend Production Workers

Responsibilities:

• Support production operations during weekend shifts
• Perform tasks such as stuffing, sewing assistance, packaging, and quality checks
• Ensure production goals are met on schedule
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Dependability and punctuality
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus

Qualifications (All Positions)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Exposure to machinery, fabric materials, and noise
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
