Manufacturing Technician
$25.00 per hour

• Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line.
• Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regards to process, equipment setup and documentation.
• Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR.
• Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use.
• Assist with root cause analysis.
• Assist with introduction of new products and processes.
• Continuous improvement of process and products
Job Qualifications
• Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in training technical material.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computer and ERP systems
