A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Tech Specialist (Swing) to support the assembly and production of high-quality microcircuit components in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating specialized manufacturing equipment, handling delicate materials, maintaining strict quality standards, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist (Swing) Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, process, and manufacture microcircuit components using specialized equipment, including bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, manual assembly tools, and other precision manufacturing equipment while meeting established production and quality standards.
  • Inspect, handle, and process delicate materials and components with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring product quality, consistency, and functionality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Work independently under the guidance of production coordinators while collaborating closely with engineers, trainers, and manufacturing team members to achieve production goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, ESD protocols, safety requirements, and quality standards while identifying concerns and communicating issues through the appropriate chain of command.
  • Maintain accurate production records, utilize computer systems to support manufacturing operations, and contribute to continuous process improvements while supporting additional production activities as needed.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist (Swing) Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity with the ability to safely handle delicate and sensitive materials.
  • Basic computer proficiency for production documentation and manufacturing systems.
  • Experience working with microscopes for precision assembly or inspection is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, electronics assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, or similar automated production equipment is preferred.

Shift:

  • Swing: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
