Job Summary

Seeking a Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist / Deviations Specialist to support GMP biologics manufacturing operations, technical troubleshooting, investigations, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
Support deviations, investigations, CAPA, RCA, and change controls.
Review batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Work with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA, QC, and Process Development teams.
Support equipment/process improvements, technology transfer, and facility-fit activities.
Analyze process data and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related STEM field.
GMP/cGMP experience in biologics or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience with manufacturing equipment and process troubleshooting.
Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, RCA, or change controls.
Knowledge of USP/DSP, chromatography, TFF, filtration, bioreactors, or single-use systems preferred.
Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
