Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)

Schedule: 3rd shift 11:30 pm -8amMonday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (Overtime and weekends as needed), Employee must be willing to train on 1st shift for 6 weeks starting at 6:30am. Role is located in Laguna Hills, CA.

Manufacturing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare manufacturing equipment for production according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform machine changeovers, tooling changes, and equipment adjustments.
• Verify machine settings to ensure quality and production standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Perform first-piece inspections and support quality checks throughout production.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate production and setup documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience setting up manufacturing or production equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English - preferred)
