Looking for a full-time opportunity that gives you three-day weekends every week? We're hiring Manufacturing Technicians in the Auburn area to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn specialized equipment, contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and develop valuable skills with on-the-job training.

No sewing or stitching experience? No problem—we're willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment, including industrial stitching and sewing machines
• Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate equipment concerns to team leads
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience is preferred
• Stitching or sewing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
