What It Takes U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of manufacturing experience; composite experience strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and organizational skills Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Willingness to work around moving machinery, noise, heat, and industrial environments

What You Will Do On the Floor Prepare, maintain, clean, and reseal tools according to established procedures Follow detailed work instructions and standard manufacturing processes Inspect finished products visually to ensure conformance to specifications Perform rework and repairs on products that do not meet quality standards Accurately complete production records, logs, and reports Maintain strict awareness of FOD and tool control requirements Apply 5S principles to support organization, efficiency, and safety Participate in internal training and continuous improvement activities Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
