Manufacturing Technician (cGMP) - Multiple Shifts

We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians with strong late‑stage manufacturing floor experience in a cGMP environment. This role supports routine production activities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform late‑stage manufacturing operations following cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment.
• Complete batch records and documentation according to GDP standards.
• Support material handling, line changeovers, and in‑process checks.
• Report deviations and assist in troubleshooting routine issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain efficient production flow.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a cGMP environment.
• Hands‑on experience with late‑stage floor operations.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulated procedures.
• High school diploma required; technical certificate or degree preferred.

• Experience with electronic batch records or GMP documentation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
