You will be responsible for building, repairing, and testing various types of equipment—including electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and components.Role ResponsibilitiesUse work orders and schematics to build, repair, and test equipment of various kinds.Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshoot, and repair under moderate supervision.Receive parts, perform audits and inspect parts for defects, and improve processes.Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and components.Complete required job documentation, perform data entry, and install or repair software as needed.Minimum QualificationsA high school diploma.1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.Ability to follow standard operating procedures (written and verbal).Knowledge of basic hand tools.Preferred QualificationsAn Associate's degree or technical education, certifications, or training.A willingness to expand your skills within an analytical or scientific method or operational process.Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem‑solve using established procedures or scientific methods.Physical RequirementsThis is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, distinguishing between colors, working in noisy environments, using hand and power tools, and driving or operating heavy machinery including forklifts.
