Schedule:

• 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift | 10 PM - 6:30 AM
• Monday - Friday

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or medical device assembly preferred.
• Experience working with small parts and precision assembly.
• Familiarity with operating production equipment and inspection tools.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekdays and weekends, when needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with small components using tweezers, magnification devices, and visual aids.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to wear clean room PPE, including gowns, gloves, hair nets, safety glasses, and shoe covers.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing equipment and work areas.

Job Duties

• Assemble medical devices and small components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate assembly, testing, and inspection equipment.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow manufacturing procedures.
• Support clean room operations by cleaning floors, workstations, equipment, and storage containers.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while contributing to a productive team environment.

As a Manufacturing Technician you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
