Aerospace Finishing Technician / Deburr Specialist
Do you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have an eye for detail? We’re looking for a Finishing Technician / Deburr Specialist to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in preparing high-performance titanium and aluminum aerospace components for production.

This is more than a production role—you’ll help ensure every part meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision before it moves to the next stage.

What You’ll Do

Deburr precision-machined components and remove sharp edges to meet exact specifications

Hand blend machined and welded surfaces to engineering and drawing requirements

Prepare and hand abrade parts for welding readiness and desired finishes

Clean components and assemblies following manufacturing instructions and quality standards

Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with drawings and work instructions

Support machining, welding, and inspection teams to keep production flowing efficiently

Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce turnaround times, and strengthen operations

Maintain a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required

Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred (but we’re open to training candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work with hand tools and perform precision finishing work

Team-player mindset with a positive attitude and sense of ownership
