Manufacturing Technician Contractor-A

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.00hr - $22.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate inline cleaning equipment to wash, rinse, and dry circuit card assemblies.
• Ability to perform depaneling of circuit card assemblies by safely separating individual circuits from production panels.
• Ability to perform cycle counts of circuit components to maintain inventory control.
• Ability to assemble, align, and test systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions.
• Ability to support engineers with equipment setup and calibration activities.
• Ability to perform rework and conduct quality testing related to the production of parts and components.
• Ability to use software programs to collect and evaluate operating data for making adjustments to products or equipment.
• Ability to assist in developing methods and procedures to control or improve manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functions associated with a variety of manufacturing operations across shared services areas.
• Operate inline cleaning equipment to ensure required cleanliness and product quality standards are met.
• Safely separate individual circuits from production panels using approved tools and methods.
• Verify physical inventory against system records to support production accuracy.
• Assemble and test systems to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
• Identify problems and issues in straightforward situations and escalate them when needed.
• Communicate with contacts within the department to provide information requiring explanation or interpretation.
• Contribute to achieving operational targets within the job area.
• Work on the production floor performing benchwork with appropriate PPE.
