Manufacturing Technician Malabar, FL Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr Shift Timings: 5:00AM -3:30PM JD: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Overall Summary Developing support individual contributor. Works under general supervision. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. •Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements. Must Have Soldering skills required: J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required Soldering sample test required for the interview Ability to use small hand tools; Torque tool experience required. Education & Experience Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
