Pay Range: $20 –$23.50/hr on W2(All inclusive)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties in support of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process within circuit card assembly manufacturing.
- Coordinate and stage assemblies, components, feeders, tooling, and related production materials to support SMT operations and scheduled builds.
- Verify job documentation, part availability, kit accuracy, and work order status in applicable manufacturing systems.
- Support production flow by moving work through defined staging and manufacturing areas.
- Identify shortages, material mismatches, and process issues, and escalate discrepancies as needed.
- Work from work instructions, production schedules, travelers, bills of material (BOMs), and manufacturing system requirements.
- Maintain workflow efficiency, material traceability, and manufacturing floor organization.
- Ensure production readiness by supporting staging, material flow, and work availability for scheduled manufacturing activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience;OR
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of post-secondary education with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Experience supporting SMT or circuit card assembly manufacturing environments.
- Ability to interpret work instructions, production schedules, travelers, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of material staging, production readiness, inventory verification, and manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to identify and escalate production issues, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under general supervision and follow established processes and procedures.
- Requires developing job knowledge/skills.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
