Manufacturing Technician
Malabar, FL
Pay Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr
Shift Timings: 5: 00AM -3: 30PM
JD:
- Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- •Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
Must Have
- Soldering skills required: J-Standard and IPC 610 certifications required
- Soldering sample test required for the interview
- Ability to use small hand tools;
- Torque tool experience required.
Education & Experience
- Requires developing job knowledge/skills.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
