Title:                Manufacturing Technician – Crimping & Assembly

Location:         1562 Reynolds Ave, Irvine California 92614

Shift Time:       1st shift

Pay Rate:         $21/hr on W2.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Crimp Technician to support production assembly and automated manufacturing processes in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor material feeds, clear machine stoppages, and use HMIs to correct process issues.
• Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Follow work orders, SOPs, GMPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Support material inventory, quality documentation, process validations, and new product transfers.
• Identify mechanical/process issues and assist with root-cause troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and communicate quality or safety concerns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with automated equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication.
• Experience with discrete assembly, robotics, microscopes, or optical gauging is a plus.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
