Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join a medical device manufacturing team in Durham, NC. This is a hands-on production role responsible for cleaning, inspecting, packaging, and sealing medical device products while following established quality and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, package, and seal medical device products.
• Operate and clean production equipment and pouch sealers.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Record production and quality information in an ERP system.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing work area.

Qualifications:

• GED required.
• Previous hands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machinery, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Comfortable learning and using an ERP system and other technology.
• Able to follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, rotary tools, or Dremel tools is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
